Marshall A. Entelisano, P.C. was admitted to the Alabama Bar Association in May of 1998 and has practiced exclusively in the area of Business and Consumer Bankruptcy. His undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance provide an excellent skill set to assist those in financial difficulties. After several years with the Birmingham Bankruptcy Law firm of Jaffe & Erdberg, he has been in private practice over a decade, helping thousands of individuals, families, businesses, family farmers and family fisherman throughout west central Alabama find effective debt relief solutions while keeping their homes, vehicles, and property.
The law firm of Marshall A. Entelisano, P.C. is located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and continues to focus exclusively on personal and business bankruptcy matters to those in need in West Alabama. We take pride in the personal attention and commitment to excellence that we have in every case and understand that for our clients, the outcome of a bankruptcy case can have a significant and lasting impact on their future.
Marshall Entelisano understands what it is like to struggle through tough economic times. After working his way through college and law school, he understands that it is challenging to stretch dollars to pay bills and perform dead-end jobs for meager pay. Marshall received an Honorable Discharge from his six year enlistment in the Marine Corps, during which time he achieved the rank of an E-5 Sergeant. His work and military history make him appreciate the value of hard work, and he brings that work ethic to work for his clients.
The law firm of Marshall Entelisano, P.C. is empathetic to those who have continued to work hard and are struggling with significant debts. In most cases, our clients are hard-working, honest, taxpaying citizens that have fallen on hard times, and whose debts have come due to a job loss, an injury, a medical condition, or other financial problems that have arisen through no fault of their own. The Old Testament instructs the forgiveness of debt every seven years and modern bankruptcy laws are still based largely upon this principle of providing debt relief and a fresh start. With this ideal in mind, our firm assists clients through Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 12 and Chapter 13, while stopping foreclosures, evictions, wage garnishments, tax levies, repossessions, lawsuits, judgments, and creditor harassment.
